Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange and Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Return/exchange request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery, together with proof of purchase.

Return/exchange is not applicable for inner wears.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

Gift cards, clearance sale (Discount sale) and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Kalyan Silks will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

Kalyan Silks will not allow the exchange of online products in any of our showrooms. For product exchange, the customer can select new products from our website once the returned products have received and verified.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.

Please send a reason email to us before return the product at: customerservice@kalyansilks.com. We would entertain the product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy or for any other reason.
However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Kindly note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account.
